You can check your flags in game from the clock in The Hub

Classic PoP flags have been replaced by an Ixiquest specific PoP flagging system that just requires hailing a skeleton NPC after killing raid target

• Flag(s) Required: Griffin (Tier 1)
• How to obtain: Griffin Quest in East Commonlands
• Quest Steps:

1. Kill Griffin's in EC to obtain a "Bloodied Human Head"
2. Give the "Bloodied Human Head to "Sebastian Clark" (wanders in East Commonlands) to receive a necklace
3. Turn in the necklace to the Shadowrest NPC in the Hub (Skeleton)

Netherbian Lair Access

• How to obtain: Kill Emporer Crush in Crushbone and hail the Spirit
